We cut our own pork including: thin and thick center-cut chops, boneless chops, boneless butterfly chops, baby back ribs (heavy and regular cut), cubed pork chops.
We also specialize in grinding our own sausage here. It is very lean and comes from the cuts of pork we offer.
We offer the following types of sausage: mild, hot, ultra hot, hot cheddar, Italian, hot Italian, hot Italian with garlic, sundried tomato and garlic, maple breakfast, sage breakfast, pepperoncini and mozzarella, onion, hot onion. We are continually adding to the types of sausage we make so be sure to stop by our store to see what we have in stock.
